The bad news is, after this 'crisis' has been and gone and we've moved onto the next one, fuel prices will come down about 3p a litre....
Just had some clarity from the PM on Marr. It’s a problem of demand. It’s a problem of supply. It’s a long term problem. It’s a short term problem. All within about a minute’s bluster. Petrol and diesel is way too cheap. We price ***s in line with the harm they do, fuel has to be the same.
Fuel shortage in the south east and London will soon become a shortage in the north as resources are sent there.
Any cartoons mentioning parties and causes close to the mods hearts will of course be deleted or threads locked after they have reminded us of the no politics rule.
Big push to get fuel to the moaning prats in London and South East = Less fuel for us in the North of England.....Swapping shortages down there for shortages up here. I'm pleased that I no longer need a car and I can walk or use *pubic transport if I need to... *Well it is a bit hairy!!
Diesel £1.43 (point) 9, so £1.44 a litre tonight at Sewells on Chanterlands Avenue. Forecourt deserted.
