Stuart Pearce to manage Team GB at Olympics. We all know that the team will be the England under-21s with a couple of token Taffs (Bale & Ramsay) thrown in. Is Stuart Pearce really the best manager they could come up with? If they wanted a truly inclusive UK team, there are at least half a dozen Scots who are better qualified.
I'm struggling to think of a world class Scottish football player. Not that there are many English fitting the bill either, before anyone gets their sporran in a twist.
England may produce better players than Scotland but Scotland produce better managers By having an English manager this GB team is already doomed to failure
If its England U21 Surely the guy who has been working and developing them, ie Phycho would be best suited?........ Without regional bias i m pretty sure the best 23 under 21 players in Britain will be all English, maybe Ramsey? and Bale will be one of the seniors .. The Nigerians usually put 4 or 5 25 year olds in and give them fake passports
