If you look closely, at the opening shot, you'll see people holding up cards that spell ... O M P E Y ...

... obviously, the bloke for the first card has gone for a P <laugh>

I was surprised at Cirkin trying to take 3 or 4 touches, Evans passing across the edge of the area and Flanagan letting the ball run across his body.

All types of crosses into the opposition box was the only way to play in those conditions ...

... we failed to defend them and failed to produce them.

Yes mate, got into a smallish queue near Newbury and filled up ...

... 'panic buying' as the government call it.

Pity about the result mate, especially for all the traveling fans but hats off to one and all.
Hopefully back to winning ways and just a blip.

It would be nice to even it out but to be honest, I don't care who we lose against, as long as we get promotion.

On the lack of abandonment - I suspect we'll see the terrible decisions against us increase now that we look like we've finally gotten our act together.

The fact is clubs our size, spreading great wedges of cash around the clubs, are something League One absolutely does not want to lose.

I see it differently. If I’ve had a bad day at work, I want to have a laugh. Have ****ed up a couple of big projects in the past but then gone out fir a drink with the lads I was working for.
He probably knows them and he’s having a laugh with mates. Just human after all. Just my opinion too. I also know it doesn’t look good to a lot of people so understand the feeling

If it was 0-0 at half time it’d have been abandoned.

Why is it that Mods, from other boards, are often the ones to post shyte that would see us banned from your board? The Newcastle, Hull, Southampton, Leeds, Mods have all been on here, over the years, causing trouble and acting the big man.

It's always been at times when they've seen us as rivals and getting themselves over excited and childish. Now you've come on with the same tedious routine and trying to laugh it off when you've been sussed.

I always try to be polite to visitors who are decent and deserve my respect ...

...so why don't you f**k off back to your own little pond and be a big fish over there.

I don't think the little bit of kidology by our players helped, though. I seen once or twice our players blatantly didn't even attempt to make a proper pass and just tapped the ball into a puddle to try and get the refs attention. The fact they were even thinking along them lines had me fuming because they should have been 100% focused on getting a result in that game. We bottled the conditions, frankly.

nor are ipswich, charlton, sheffield, portsmouth...neither were hull, blackpool, coventry and quite a few others...so why does the rest of this league (which we are part of now and where we deserve to be) seem so hell bent on reminding us?

or did i just miss similar digs at other clubs, where we are currently has nothing to do with where we were...we get accused of 'big club mentality' but honestly, how can that be avoided when we get a lot of 'small, hard done to, little old us club' mentality thrown at us...there are some really nice grounds in this league so be proud of what you are, not jealous of others.

I've thought this since the day we were relegated to this league.
The EFL and club chairman in this league must view us as some sort of cash cow and it makes sense to keep us down here as long as possible.I
On the flip side we've had some managers that have been utterly incapable of getting us promoted.

Are you seriously suggesting that there could be a conspiracy going on and that the chairmen of the EFL are instructing referees to make decisions against us? That's exactly the claim Newcastle supporters are making against the Premier league because of the Saudi's wanting to buy them. Please don't let us turn out like them. People will be talking of the North East taking the North West title for the 'biggest victims'
