I doubt that Abramovic will move Chelsea to Moscow, as he's probably still wanted by the KGB, but you can't rule it out entirely. But, I do think there is a very good chance that Blackburn will be moved to New Delhi, possibly in the very near future. Having worked out in New Delhi, maybe it would be good for your owners to take the well paid players out there to witness how some of the poorer people in this world live, and maybe then they would start to appreciate what they have and play for the loyal fans that support them through thick and thin
