The level has dropped so far that right now, I’d be so happy if Spurs got Potter as manager (tbf I’d take Harry Potter right now) even though I didn’t see him as a viable replacement for Mourinho and there is still that risk that he couldn’t take that next step up. Obviously I’d prefer Conte if there was any chance but I think that ship has sailed now. He will be a huge contender for the soon to be vacant Man Utd post and must be aware of that.
