    Are they mad?

Such short memories. One good season..that was it! Yes, it was a great season..but what happened after that..and what has happened to him since leaves me in no doubt that, should we have to change Manager (which at this stage i don't think is necessary), it should definitely not be Aidy Boothroyd!

There were a lot of people on Twitter and Facebook calling for AB's return, but have not seen it on here!

I certainly wouldn't want him back. He did some very good things here, but then also some very bad things - plus he hasn't done anything since.

It's not particularly that they're calling for the return of AB that amazes me - it's the attitude that lets them think that the club - any club - would actually listen to and act upon their 'advice'. In situations like this, the club owner(s) and management team will do what they think best, and affordable, for the club.

    End of. :)

Perhaps we need some of his speeches, big the guys up make them believe in themselves! They are not world beaters, but they can beat the best this division has to offer on their day!

To prove that there is at least one Englishman with a inclusive nature, this is the sort of speech I like:

"We come here with no peaceful intent, but ready for battle, determined to avenge our wrongs and set our country free. Let your masters come and attack us: we are ready to meet them beard to beard."

    Who said that then?

I thought I could get the Scottish Hornet Society all misty eyed but don't forget Wullie was relegated eventually despite the speeches.

The football wouldn't be any better and he wouldn't get the money to spend as he did.
