So let’s say the CAT say that SJHL and NUFC are different, and then hypothetically, PIF could just buy SJHL as mentioned on here. PIF would not be able to have any named directors on the NUFC company, right? So if that is the case, PiF would have to put their money into SJHL and then transferred into NUFC from there? If all the above is correct (which I accept may not be) then would PIF actually have a say in how NUFC spend that money? If not, PIF may not be so comfortable with that solution.

Yes they would. They would appoint new directors of nufc. Which has been declared as PIF members and one of the Rueben brothers and Amanda. They would represent the club on behalf of the owners. So it’s all good.
