Soooooo, the only person to take advantage of that shocker last night was concernedincardiff and that point takes him up 4 places to 14th. Apart from that nobody predicted the Correct Score and the table remains the same. And City, despite seeming so solid until the game against Hull, have now conceded 8 goals in 3 games. Gerrard back in? Naylor ahead of Taylor? Blake before Hudson? Malky needs to do something at the back. This Saturday Cardiff face a awkward trip against Barnsley at home. In recent years I would also say this was a given 3 points but their late equaliser in the fixture last year seriously dented our promotion bid and the impressive 2-0 victory over Burnley and draws with Leicester, Derby and Birmingham show they are no pushovers. Perhaps to resilient for this City side to topple? I'm going for a tight 1~0 victory, mind you scoring has been hard in the last couple of games - only 3 Correct Scores in the last 3 games Good Luck
A big black cloud has been following me around all day so in this depressed state I am going for a 2 - 2 draw again. Defence still a leaky sieve.
Unless Malky gets in a couple of loan players, I cant see anything changing. I'm going for 2-2 for this one.
Well I have no idea about this one so here goes Cardiff City 1 v 0 Barnsley Town please Many Thanks Sheep
I am going for a 1-1 draw we seem to be finding it hard to hit the back of the net whilst keeping a clean sheet at the moment so I think we will try to be a bit more solid sit and protect a 1-0 lead only to get scuppered in the final moments. P.S if it plays out exactly like this can I get a bonus point please!!
As Barnsley are generally not so good away from Oakwell (contrary to what GLAM says) I will go Cardiff City 2-0 Barnsley
they've lost just one away according to the table I've been looking at. A point away is almost always deemed a success. Only one loss in six.
Just had a quick look at who they have played away so far. Derby & Birmingham were the 2nd & 3rd most recent away games and drew both 1-1 (Happy to admit both good results). Drew away to Millwall who can not score, beat Reading 2-1 when Reading were losing for fun, Forest 0-0 (says a lot ), and most recently lost to Portsmouth 2-0. Personally I would not be worried by those stats, they are a very average team. Will stick with my prediction and wait until it comes back to haunt me
