Now that Bardo's back, what do you think Bruce will do with Ricco? Granted he was one of our better performers on Sun, but i just dont rate him that much at all!
Bruce always seems to pick him in whatever position when he's fit so I wouldnt be suprised to see us line up like this on Sat:

    Ming
    O'Shea Brown Turner Bardo
    Lars Catts Vaugh/Gard Sess
    Ricco
    Bend

I think its an improvement on what we've been playing cause it would allow Lars to go back in his natural position, and Sess can play back on the wing where he belongs! What does everybody else think???

That's not bad mate but how about putting Sess on the right and Ricco on the left (arguably if you are not Bruce their best positions) and why not try 2 up front? it's one of those continental formations not sure it would work in the PL though. That would leave Larsson to rest his toe up and maybe come on as an impact sub if we are not doing well.
I know the answer will probably your team with Ricco and Sess swapping places and probably Gardner starting.

Im not sure how long a broken toe takes to heal, but I dont think we can afford to rest Larson at the moment the way things are going. If he's happy to play then we should play him. It didnt seem to affect him on Sun, and his his set-pieces are too important to us. I think Ricco could fill in on the left if need be, but he doesnt really posess the skill to beat the fullback. He claims playing behind the striker is his best position, and he's done well playing there in the past!

Id love to see us revert back to a 442 formation, but Bruce seems adamant on picking 451. I dont think we've got the players to pull this formation off. It's ideally suited to a team with the flair of Barcelona or Arsenal, but we should play to our strengh's!

I´d much prefer that team to the recent ones TM, bit the ****ing cheb in charge won´t play it.

Seems Sess zero goals output hasn´t convinced Bruce that he isn´t a striker, just like Sess saying í´m not a striker´didn´t.

Knowing Bruce he'll play Colback on the left, leave Bardo on the bench and keep Sess upfront <doh>

I would love a CB pairing of Brown and OShea.

Siad on a previous thread play sess & ricco behind bendy. Give them free role to interchange positions making them difficult to mark.
Just my opinion but surely better than the crap currently being served up.
    Bardo in goal possibly.

Richardson ishould be played either as attacking centre midfield, or left wing. He simply isn't and never will be a left back.

Trying to find a place for Ricco, means another day warming the bench for the two lads that we bought to try and score goals.

How about keep your same team, but **** Ricco off, and play either Wickham or Ji.

imo richardson is a good player but his only possition is midfield and bruce prefers others that making him a squad player for midfield he has been used all over the pitch because he is a talented player and we know bruce will play players any where he wants to.<bubbly>
