Have to say the Judge in that was absolutely switched on like. On another level of intelligence to most humans.

I was worried about it prior to it starting but he had me at ease in the opening minutes when he told the PL QC - Nah, we don't do things behind closed doors, thats not how we operate. From that point on that guy just looked beaten.

He did indeed. @Roy Munson was getting worried I was being too negative but I was merely narrating for this forum the facts and my opinions.

All I need is this decision and if it goes through before arbitration you'll never hear the end of it

 

I would imagine there will be a meeting between Masters, Hoffman and Lewis in the next 72 hours which may go along the lines of "OH ****"

 

He will tell them that the case is going ahead.

 

And don't I took plenty of screenshots when I was saying it 'before arbitration was adjourned'

 

Do you have any idea how long we're looking at for a decision?

 

I reckon we'll know in about a week to 10 days
