    How can Ashley seriously claim damages when the only public utterance on the subject from the main prospective stakeholder, stated as part of its reason for withdrawal the economic uncertainty caused by COVID, and that was way back in July last year?

    It should've home through before that I guess and surely then sighting that as a reason strengthens the argument the value isn't the same now if they win arbitration?

    That’s merely the excuse given by them for walking. But the reality is that when it should have happened they where a willing buyer and at that price.

    If anything that just emphasises the loss claim that SJHL have suffered.
