The PL are saying that the CAT case is a mirror of the ARB case and is wasting time and money and that the ARB will cover everything but behind closed doors.

The PL say that the separate claims, one for ARB - nufc and one for CAT - SJHL are a load of rubbish.

That both are bound by the same rules under the FA and PL.

 

They threatened expulsion if SJPL refused to sign the contract (like Mike did) to follow the PL rules. And therefore not be allowed to go to CAT.​

 

I was thinking the same. I think he is leading him towards the outcome of a similar separate case whereby the owner of a company cannot be hit by the same stick as the company itself when it had performed wrongdoing?
