We need him back as soon as possible

 

I really rate Field, but fear there's rather too much expectation being built up around his return.

 

Also, he's still quite far from a full return.

 

Obviously he's not going to return yet......it's just good to see him progressing to the next stage of recovery and being out on the grass with a ball at his feet.

 

From what I've seen of him, Field looks a proper player.
However, it doesn't matter how good he is, he'll still struggle at times in our midfield if we continue with just two in there.
