That's what their trying to say - however the arbitration is only covering the point of separation. Nothing else - they refused to allow the other arguments to be heard.
Daniel is shaking his head on the judges question response from the PL. NDM just rolled his eyes and smirked.
What an utter pallaver just to sell a football club! I wonder how many businesses have been bought and sold in the time this has dragged on and without all this ****e! I did laugh when Adam Lewis read out the brief on the 'fit and proper directors test' The hypocrisy when you look at some of the directors in the Premier League! Switched it off now, Christ it's like pulling teeth...
Is this just a case of the PL trying to convince CAT that the case should be thrown out and that the club cannot argue it? Seems that way. Maybe that's how this works.
He is tying himself up in knots talking absolute crap. I would love it if at the end NDM just says. "That's bollocks!"
Go back about 5 pages on this thread.... But basically the PL are trying to get the CAT claim thrown out because NUFC and SJHL is one and the same. Thus the CAT case needs to be thrown out because Arbitration is already in motion. The problem is as @magdad has stated is that the cases content is different. One is for legal separation and the other is for restriction of competition.
Mike Ashley owns Mash. Mash owns STJHL. STJHL owns NUL. NUL owns NUFC. Therefore Mike Ashley owns NUFC. this has been repeated numerous times. We are however now talking about why someone has a small D and someone has a big D
