There is no question that MA is a director and controls the club.... through his companies. WHY IS HE GOING ON ABOUT THAT? KSA cannot as they are a country. It is ludicrous that the PL are using the same definitions for both to ensure KSA is ruled as a director?
So he is trying to get the CAT case thrown out because the club, owned by SJHL, who which the CAT case is registered in and that they are thus one and the same.

Therefore the CAT claim by SJHL is technically already under the arbitration rules and they are one and the same.
They're trying to get the CAT case chucked on a technicality. Even though they are only prepared to arbitrate 1 point of the argument on the position of seperation.
