What CAT has to be careful of is anything remotely confidential relating to a separate entity not involved in the case is deemed confidential. They would have to give consent i would imagine for that detail to be in the public domain.

I can the outcome being something like this. The details of the summer decision are to the extent of this hearing fully confidential under the terms of the PL. However we have sufficient information to sustain the Jurisdiction and the case will get a full hearing. But not in public.
