To be fair the judge doesn't sound like he's going to roll over for the PL

 

The content is going ahead in private. But NDM will request elements to be put in summary in the public domain.

The PL are covering things up. But some will come out.

It's not - Only the stuff covered by confidentiality in the arbitration won't be seen. So separation issues - the rest by the sounds of it is about to come flooding out in public

This is the reason why real confidential information will not be released but in the main and as NDM said, the bulk is not in the eyes of SJHL confidential so will be out there.
