Hey @Steelmonkey , did you know Britt Daniell of Spoon had a side project called Divine Fits a few years back with guys from other bands? Just discovered them, gotta say I wish they'd make some more stuff.
Last night - Squid at SWG3 in Glasgow....what to say - WOW! I was excited to see them, all the new material and live sessions I'd seen looked amazing, but in the flesh they were something else. Honestly up there with some of the best gigs I've been to - and Jnr agreed. Whilst we both really enjoyed the Black Midi gig on Monday night, this was another level. The crowd helped - hotter, sweatier and more crazy, but it was the music that drove it. Absolutely note perfect performance, they really put on a show that will live long in the memory. If you ever get the chance, grab a ticket! This was from their gig in Newcastle on Monday...Crowd not as lively as a Glaswegian crowd
