Morsy is a bulldog, I've been very impressed so far. He doesn't dive into tackles and he has nous about him. Towards the end of the first half I saw him manhandling his guy well after the play had progressed but he knew the ref was looking the other way. It totally stopped the player from getting forward and involved with the counter attack. He doesn't stop playing once he's won one duel, he's straight at it again with movement and pressure. That was something Bishop, Downes and Dozzell were all guilty of, stopping for a sec after doing something good thinking you'd done your job.
There might have been talent in the squad last season but it lacked men and players who'd played first team football at a good level consistently for a number of years. Thats on the whole what we've got this time
Problem is it looks like there's also more room there for them also, lots of space in the fullback positions
