That’s my guess. Couple of hours then suspend and wait a month for a formal decision. no rush is there
Will probably get an announcement of another delay before Wednesday. If not, don't expect anything. Probably no immediate announcement, then another delay or some form of convoluted appeal assuming it's not just thrown out.
Honestly guys CAT doesn’t work like that. Unless there is a monumental reason for the jurisdiction to be thrown out it won’t be. Just because the PL have their own internal ****house Arbitration scam does not mean CAT recognise it.
mike: “I’m taking you to court. Twice. Arbitration via Newcastle and CAT for me.” PL: “you can’t do that, you can only do one of those.” Mike; “oh yeah?” Then Wednesday will decide who’s right. There’ll either be two cases, with CAT happening first, or one case, when arbitration happens.
CAT - Ashley arguing that the PL ODT test and arbitration process is snti-competitive. Arbitration - relates to separation only. Not the same material facts.
Pretty sure the verdict takes 10 days to 2 weeks to be announced. Then I think the PL have a period of time to appeal IF they are giving the permission from the panel to do so. I believe they have to have cast iron evidence that the rules weren't applied correctly for this to happen. Due to fact its St James' Holdings and not the club and the fact the PL would only allow arbitration to cover the point of separation, I think the PL will find they have used all their stalling cards up. However the actual CAT case could take a further 12 months but I reckon PL will do a behind closed doors deal prior to arbitration if they fail to have this thrown out.
My personal opinion is the ruling is already CAT goes ahead unless the PL have submitted enough evidence to say otherwise. On that basis and the fact that we all know the PL can’t have a justifiable reason to throw the case out then the case goes ahead. Hence why I believe a verdict will be reached tomorrow. That’s my own opinion nothing more or less!
Probably linked this thing up wrong but it is perhaps the most worrying thing the internet has ever produced
I've got a feeling we'll see something boring tomorrow and then we'll have to wait on a Decision for ages... The decision will then be appealed it delayed
