Problem is they have overall a much younger athletic team generally who’ve had better results individually - think they’ll do it this time unfortunately . I agree with your post.The USA have ditched the old faces and put out a very strong side,most of whom are regular names on leaderboards in high ranking tournaments.
Europe have some very decent players but I fear the USA will be stronger in all the crunch matches.Had it been on home soil I'd have have us a chance but on their patch I think the Yanks will win.
Agreed I think our older players tire on a Sunday so there’s 3 matches gone maybe!
I don't think you'll see the likes of Westy, Poults or Garcia making more then 3 appearances, Garcia may be the exception dependent on form. The yanks are overwhelming favourites for this one given their world rankings, however that is usually the case in these things, we have a habit of upsetting that applecart and seem to rise to the team challenge more then the single me me me attitude of the yanks. That said I don’t expect us to pull this one off sadly, but will be overjoyed if we do.
I won't be watching this because I find it a little disturbing watching grown men pull one off in the middle of a golf course.

I don't normally have bets at 1/2 but I've just gone big time with the USA . Difficult to see them getting beat. Life's never that straightward though, is it?

Matchplay is a different mindset to stroke play, not always the best players win, the ones that know how to play match play often prevail.
As expected - but then if you don’t understand the technical difficulty to hit a small ball good distance to where you want to then that turd watching is a good idea!
But if you try it and you do it once you’ll probably come back and try again - trouble is it’ll do your head in when it doesn’t work - and when it does. ️

Me too...top form currently. Even videoed myself playing most difficult hole at local course. Ball ran perfectly down the spiral, then straight through the moving arms of the clown, over the yellow plastic bridge and right into the frogs mouth. Sent video to Harrington but he didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge getting it.
We won the Solhiem Cup 2 weeks ago we were massive underdogs , again the yanks were all ranked in the top 24 in the world.
We can do it again it's a team game some of the yanks are not team players and some hate each other.
