    So I’ve tested positive for covid. No doubt from the great north run. So it looks like no match this weekend for me. Absolutely gutted

    Hit the three of us differently, don’t know how the eldest avoided it but she did, not a pleasant experience and lord knows what it would have been like without the double jabs, you can see it’s lethal like

    Second bout of it for me. Luckily (up to now) pretty minor symptoms. Slight cough. Lateral flow tests are rubbish though. Double jabbed too so hopefully that helps

    Took me about 5.5 weeks all in to be ‘normal’.

    The time after was worse than when I had it.

    Sorry i missed where you said you had it Nads, youre a cracking contributor, and people always like your comments. I never realised so many on here had come through this horrible virus, those Chinese have a lot to answer for

    Was about 6 weeks back mate. When I was positive it wasn’t far worse than a heavy cold or mild flu, but for 3 weeks after awful sweats, broken sleep and horrific blocked throat.

    Was shan as ****. The fever was worst part, be fine one second then just on fire.

    After eating was particularly bad.

    As previously reported my 8 year old grandson has tested positive for Covid19. Had a high temperature for a few days. Now seems okay, will be back at school next week.

    The rest of us tested negative..., included his 5 year old sister, his dad, granny and me.

    I’ve emailed SLO. The club should surely put something in place to allow the stream to be shown really? As a season card holder there should be something done surely?
