Club Update - ticket office & shop

Postie just been. 2 new cards have arrived for the kids . Nothing for me though

 

I think I'll get getting to the SOL for midday at this rate - going to be chaos if everyone rocks up at 2.55pm as usual

 

That would serve them right, no sympathy here.

 

I've knocked my pre match plans on the head. Going straight to the ground and get there for 1;30.
30k crowd on a capacity of 37k will be a squeeze late on

 

Aye but there will be the usual "fewm" on social media with people using it as a stick to beat the club with again.....

 

Panic over. Ive just been down to the ticket office for some clarification. Kids are in new age brackets now so new cards needed. Mine still ok from 2019/20

Nee queue at all, straight in and sorted in 5 mins for those that live local and can get there, if they need anything sorting. Great service.

Then why are kids getting new cards when their parents have not received one at the same time. it's still a bit confusing to be honest.

That totally caught me out tbh. Turns out my dad got a new card as well today because he is now in the over 65 bracket. So it's just me with the old card!

Ticket office, SoL and club shop are all cashless

 

If you see my post in another thread, my old season ticket is not working, I can only go to the ticket office on Friday to get it checked!

 

Have they been giving you e-tickets for the home games? Hopefully they get it sorted for you soon.

Why are programmes cash

 

I think they are missing a trick by not opening until 6pm on home game Saturdays.

Could do a bit of shopping while the traffic dies down. Also, people might be buzzing after a good game and want to buy stuff.
