Its not the religion that is evil (usually!) but those controlling it for their own selfish gain. Anything can be used for immoral means i.e. MP's !!!! Being a MP is supposed to be good and a honourable position. Yet look at the leaches in society making false expenses claims, ripping the tax payers off.

the israeli government is a terrorist organisation. their people, might not be..but the government almost certainly is. of course with the US backing and media propaganda, the only terrorists in the middle east are the palestinians.

Yes I make stupid articles about football but when it comes to politics I am very passionate. I am in no way stating the Arab world is perfect because its far far from it and very corrupt but its not helped by the West who exploit this corruptness and don't allow the people of these nations to have a say. As for Islam extremism its impossible to spread, the western world is so dominant in media, movies, internet that ideas have spread to the Arab world. Once women were not allow to go to university but many females became influenced by the internet and forced their way into Uni. You may sit here saying our nation is the best and we can do what we like to these people. But is that fair? I am anti imperialism and colonialism and those ideologies are dieing out because people want freedom.

When we are talking why these people leave their countries the answer is simple. The phony war in Iraq was all about oil and nothing else, the west encouraged dictators because they have them cheap resources, however that will all change and people of their nations will become richer and stay in their own home lands.

 

You can say the same of any government since a definition of a terrorist is:

I agree with you that the war in Iraq was phoney and all about oil. Absolutely. However Israel while not perfect is the only true liberal democracy in that region. It's worth noting that soon after the birth of Israel, that it was the undemocratic Arab regimes that attempted to drive the survivors from Nazi Death Camps back into the sea. I'm not demonising the Arabs or Muslims here, that is a historical fact. Israel is a democracy whether you care to admit it or not: Israel’s Arab citizens enjoy equal rights with Jewish citizens of the state. Israeli Arabs participate in all aspects of Israeli life, from menial jobs to Supreme Court justices. There is an Israeli Bill of Rights just like the US one protecting rights. Tell me how many Arab nations have such a protection of its citizens rights? Syria, Libya, or Saudi Arabia. Do me a favour.

 

Much like the US, Russia, China and the EU.
