anything I’ve seen today about the CAT I thought was already known. Nothing I’ve seen today about the CAT case I would class as new info - unless I’ve missed something?
It is not new. The hearing will be live streamed. It will be boring for most people as will be procedural.
Slow news day, Ryder typing "5 things we've learned about the CAT case", Caulking writing the story "no red flags on CAT case", Edwards typing "5 reasons the EPL and Qatar will win CAT case" and Kennedy is waiting for Keith to ring him with the scoop of the millenium.
A load of bollocks. If that were the case arbitration would have been withdrawn and CAT would likely not go ahead.
Why is everyone all of a sudden talking about CAT as if something has happened (have I missed something). As far as I can see nothing has happened and nothing will happen till the 29th. At which point the PL will lose the Juri battle but they will just appeal.
It's essentially the people reading between the lines giving the #its off brigade a warning shot across their bow
They can only appeal on a point of law - if the CAT has misapplied the Tribunal Rules. Chances of that - slim. The Court of Appeal are very strict.
