As long as they move the ball with pace I don't worry how fast they can run.

This could go horribly wrong, but at least that line up has some creativity and excitement. <ok>

Got me. 4-3-1-2 with either Dele or Ndombele as the 1?
4-2-2-2, with Ndombele and Dele in the middle, or maybe Ndombele and lo Celso?
4-3-3 with Ndombele or Dele as false nine? The former would be the one I think I'd try. It just about suits everyone (edit: except Hojbjerg), even if Kane on the right seems strange.

Lo Celso really needs to start stepping up and being counted. Far too many games he drifts through as nothing more than a passenger with a tendency to give away dangerous free kicks.

Same. I had to caveat the fact we looked good with the fact they will probably score soon!<laugh>

I wish we wouldn’t boo Alonso. Not because I care about his feelings but he seems to always play better when we do it!

even if we lose, if we play like this for 90mins we can be fairly positive. This is more like the Tottenham I wanna watch.
Ndombele makes such a difference when he’s in the mood.

At least he tries to get the ball forward.I’m not excusing his laziness but I’d rather have him for 60-70 mins than Skipp or Winks for the whole game

Not necessarily. Remember when Villas Boas caved in to fans moaning about cautious football with far more attacking lineups?

Hugo does, given he had to pick the ball out of the net 11 times due to our shape being obliterated

    Good half :emoticon-0148-yes:
There are so many positives over the last few games. Only disappointments area Lo Celso who just doesn't do enough...of anything - and Reggie who is a dreadful defender and hasn't got the attacking instincts to make a difference.
If Lucas had been fit for today I reckon we would have had something from this by now.

I feel we should have scored in that surprising first 10 minutes when we had Chelsea reeling, but overall much much better from Spurs.

Just can't see what anybody see's in Lo Celso.
He's always been a waste of a shirt for me...
needs to start looking for a Chanpionship club to take a chance on him

I have absolutely no doubt there will be some dodgy decision that will lead to a Chelsea penalty scored by Jorginho to probably win the game, but that was a positive half of football. The best since the city game.
In all honesty, it couldn’t have been any worse than what we’ve produced recently, but we look like we actually had a shape, options in attack, and the ability to transition defence to attack. - against a premier league team who have only conceded 1 goal, which was a penalty.
Lots to be positive about so far.

Now it’s time to RCL the **** out of the second half, everyone. <laugh>
