I would imagine Friday night there going to Leeds fans and Toon fans out on the big market all day before kick off.

It's actually really not the brightest move putting this on general sale.

Depends if we get a win from Leeds or Watford it'll not look so bad.

But I actually thought slagging off the players, who he plays in the wrong positions... like a right winger at left back or a CDM at CB, is the more embarrassing part.

yeah he never had a left back at Sunderland. It was always a problem position for him.

I honestly don't know what's worse. Pep asking for more fans or the fans being so fcking obtuse.

The guy's won them league titles and repeated domestic cups.

Imagine Livpl fans saying that to Klopp. This is where City show their lack of pedigree.

 

I understand what Pep wants, and it's easy to take the piss out of their fans, but I do feel Pep maybe missing the bigger picture here, and it's clubs like City that have caused the problem.

Pep forgets how his owners were able to afford his squad, it certainly wouldn't have been through gate money, but the tv revenue to screen their games.

I've only got SKY through a heavily discounted NOW TV account. I do have the BT app on my phone but not used it for a long while, although I have noticed they are getting all the best footie.

Anyway, to my point...I had a quick check how much it would cost me through the app, to get BT for a month, it's £20 if I remember correctly. So I have a choice in the evening pay the gate price however much that is, along with all the other expenses, and then struggle to get home after the game. Generally for most after a full day of work OR pay £20 which gives you a whole month, and stick your feet up indoors with a beer.

Now there is a way round this, do what the EFL do, ban live screenings of games on IFollow....but then you get no money to buy players.

Self inflicted I'm afraid mr pep. Although I could ask, how many fans on here went to their clubs champions league games this week, not many I suspect.

 

I'm quite looking forward to the game. Should be a decent watch as a neutral.

Well yeah I want The barcodes to win but I'm not too fussed. Oh and any game you watch that doesn't involve Arsenal makes you a neutral mate.

 

Nah it don't lol. Like I said I always have to pick a side. Would quite like to see Toon win just to see Munse lactate all over the shop. But ultimately I don't really give a **** either way, I just like to support one of the sides when the game is on as it makes it more interesting.
