I doubt the Northern Ireland sausage crisis caused by the EUROPEAN UNION being petty is up there on his to do list .

 

If you don't like an agreement don't sign. I had this back in '92. I sold a garage on a main road to a chap coming up from Essex. He didn't know that a by pass was being planned and that he would lose half his trade. When it got built three years later and he did lose half his trade he moaned like hell. Caveat Emptor.

Boris needs to do what's right for the UK. If that means changing his mind/stance/agreement with the EU then so be it. There's no need to hold good faith with the EU. Nobody likes them, anyway.

I found this article ironic, after catching a bit of the BBC at a friends house recently, and the guy introducing the next programme had an almost unintelligible jafaican gangsta accent.



The UK’s public service broadcasters will have a legal requirement to produce “distinctively British” programmes under plans drawn up by ministers.

Fleabag, Derry Girls and Only Fools and Horses were cited as the kind of “distinctively British” programmes that would meet the obligation. Ofcom will be asked to draw up a workable definition of the concept.

Media minister John Whittingdale told a Royal Television Society conference that shows such as Dr Who, Downton Abbey, Great British Bake Off and Bodyguard had been huge international hits but also reflect Britain and British values.

LONDON — France is not holding back showing its disappointment with Australia after it abruptly ended a submarine contract in order to sign a new deal with the U.S. and U.K.

“It was a stab in the back. We had established a relationship of trust with Australia. This trust has been betrayed,” Jean-Yves Le Drian, France’s minister for foreign affairs, told radio station FranceInfo Thursday morning.

Australia had signed a contract with French shipbuilder Naval Group in 2016 to build a new fleet, at a cost of $40 billion, according to Reuters. Both sides had confirmed the deal a couple of weeks ago. However, Canberra has now decided to scrap that agreement and join forces with the U.S. and Britain.

Which pint tasted the best?

 

I will be in France for the whole of next month ( splashing some more Rishi cash) I can assure you that my enjoyment will not be diminished in the slightest by submarines. Presumably if the Bruces signed a contract that will be having to pay up.

 

The bar purchased one , I received a ****ing 330ml can of some obscure IPA ordered on the app and my daughter had an raspberry lemonade also in a can served with a glass with sliced lime In a separate glass.

The pint was Shipyard an American brewery from Portland not sure if imported but very nice.

I skulled the can in the street afterwards which was a waste of money.

 

I thought that would be the case. Sometimes with table service the pint looks flat by the time they get to your table.

 

The apps are probably good if you are under age , order a round of drinks and when they arrive tell the server that you're old man is having a piss.
They are too busy to **** about so they will probably just drop the drinks off and go back to their screen for another order.

If only this technology was about when I was a 15 year old back in 2006
