The basic structure is always in place rather quickly, much the same as at WFC. If the tactics - or teaching methods - in place are obviously not working for some children, then new ones have to be planned, explained, implemented and assessed. And whilst many do flourish under the new tactics, many who flourished under the old ones suddenly find themselves not doing so well. It can be a long learning process for both teachers and children, just as it can be for both managers and players. As in football, there will always be those children who fail to meet expectations and get themselves relegated - that's life I'm afraid.
Granted you will have over and under achievers , what concerns me is twofold ! the basic structure implemented is flawed! the second is we seem to have a fair few under achievers! So how long do we have to rectify this before Offsted close us down !!!
Welcome to the fold Goldentue A1 opener. Agree with you but think SD needs to show us he is not 1 dimensional. Brought in Keightly for a month on loan saying it brings us other options. All I saw on Saturday was Loach getting the ball and hoofing the ball as far up field in the left corner as he could....Please SD let's start building from the back-Put your words into practice.
I havent posted for a while but have been becoming increasingly negative watching how things are developing as the season progresses. We seem to have no clue as to what system / tactics we're playing.....if there are any, and we have no stand-out players to help us turn it round. The players look lost !! Right now i cant see a goal coming from anywhere...we're leaking goals, and as there are not 3 worse teams in the league .....relegation is looking inevitable unless some drastic action is taken we will just slide lamelessly into Div 1. Anyway thats off my chest
