It’s not just based on today for me, Mowbray saw his side weren’t performing and he changed it. Grant doesn’t do that, he just carries on hoping plan A comes good. Although i do agree at that point he didn’t need to change particularly

We had a really good spell for half an hour before they scored and looked the better side, however if you can’t score in a period like that then teams at this level will punish you. Once they scored we didn’t create enough. Overall I thought for an away team we played decent but if you can’t score then you are in big trouble.
On the edge of their box few of our players make any movement it’s not dynamic enough to pass anyone and get into good finishing positions
If you set the score aside, other than 10 minutes, we've been miles the better side and played some good stuff too... Blackburn have just gone 7th.... !!!! unfortunately thats now 9 hours without a goal. Lack of confidence maybe, lack of nous, definitely... we are short of two players to be a solid team in this division but either Boy Blunder wouldn't spend or the manager said we didn't need, either way, I just think 'someone' would give this group a huge lift and identity. Young manager or not, pack your bags....we all know our limitations in the work we do.... you can fool some of the people some of the time..

Not for lack of trying but we couldn't score after dominating possession in the first half. They have a short spell and bang two in and game over. If that's us at our best and them at their worst in this division, I think we're frigged.
Like I said when have two subs at any level changed the game in a couple of minutes - at that point we’d already attacked in the second half so why should we predict a massive change- if you all could see that then you should be managing or doing the lottery!
Will be interesting to hear what Grant says tonight. Last time he said certain players lacked fitness and yet he plays them again when he has others available. The buck has to stop with him and he doesn’t get that. It’s never his fault and it would be refreshing to hear him say he got it wrong. I live in hope.
