Considering he was booked early he managed to destroy them without even making a tackle for 60mins. Absolutely fantastic
Ahem: Harvey Elliott says Pascal Struijk shouldn't have been sent off after the winger's horror injury | Daily Mail Online So Harvey agrees with me. Well, well , well.
Ok.. so I've finally seen the game, been avoiding this thread and google now until I watched it. Haven't read anyone else's comments. Too many... But my thought. 1). Good result. We totally dominated. 2). We waste waaaaay too many chances. That's going to bite us in the bum if we keep missing sitters. In a more competitive game those missed sitters will be the difference between a win and a draw or a draw and a loss. 3) I think overall we seem to be improving. First two games we started out looking Shakey, but Chelsea and Leeds we started out in control from the off. 4) Number of injuries being picked up so early again is concerning. 5) Ouch. Elliott. That injury ruined the game (as did the sending off... Not sure that was even a yellow card let alone red. The ref was acting emotionally after seeing the injury). 6) How do we fix Mane?
1) agreed 2) at least we’re getting in the right place to score - it will come 3) agreed 4) Elliott is a shame - who else? 5) makes no odds to me now. It’s done 6) see (2)
Yes. So what you're saying is that these challenges are ok because getting the ball is more important than players' safety?
