Bielsa took responsibilty for yesterdays performance.

Guess what he's going to do different next game?

    Nothing...

We went through a couple of bad patches in the Championship, fans were crying out for changes to be made, Ayling, Costa, Harrison, Cooper all need dropping, he didn't he kept faith with them and it turned itself around, no reason why it won't this time.

The truth so far this season is that every player has not played well, enough. Every player has been scored a 5 at best and although a couple have made a 6 from the odd match the facts are that nobody has been good enough. In one respect thats good because it shows that when the majority are having a good game we get a good team performance without having anyone as a stand out performer. I reckon most of those players will be sick of seeing their boss taking the stick for their failings. Expecting fireworks Friday night. Son in law is a scum season ticket holder and said Newcastle are by far the worst team hes seen in the Prem for years and deffo going down

While I don't expect to pick up too many points from the top 6 sides, I do expect at least a good performance and effort from the team. We really need to beat Newcastle, losing to them won't be season defining, but we could be in a relegation battle in the run in at the end of the season.:(

Performances have been poor , there's no doubt and Newcastle is a big game, obviously we need the points and just as important some confidence back into the players. Too many off their game at once atm but we have seen that before under MB, he got us back on track then no reason why he can't now.

Llorente says injury not bad so back fairly quick. Think our medics panic when he gies down so hopefully back maybe by Friday but next week at the latest.

Not really buying into this "too many off their game" line of thinking.

We've played 2 of the best sides on the planet and got beat both times...big deal.

In the other 2 games performances were acceptable and we grabbed 2 draws after being behind both times.

Most of us agreed 4 points from the opening four fixtures would have been good. As we're still undefeated against the rest of the PL (excluding top 4) there is not a lot wrong in my opinion.

He got a knock or tweaked something during the challenge where he picked up his yellow. There was contact on his thigh from the Liverpool player so hopefully not too serious as you say.

I think slowing down our game even a tiny bit would help us get our passing game going. Marcelo got the defence working well in the second half of last season, so we must believe they can do it again. Don't think Rodrigo is capable of delivering consistently what is needed in the role being asked of him. Stubbornness is perhaps Bielsa's greatest strength and greatest weakness. MOT.

Gessa, we are playing teams of a lot more quality, majority of managers have analysed our style and plan accordingly, it could be a long season with a bumpy ride.

It is a reckless decision for Bielsa not to appeal the red card.

Worse case scenario they say no!

Opinion was split, with television pundits Gary Neville and Jamie Redknapp – who also had the benefit of replays – concluding Struijk was blameless.

    Bielsa saw it slightly differently.

“Pascal recovered the ball,” he reflected. “But I have the feeling the movement of the rest of the body after he recovered the ball made him hit Elliott. I’m totally sure there was no bad intention. “I regret that such a young career at such a high level has been interrupted and I hope he’s able to come back.”

Asked if there was any possibility Leeds would appeal the decision, Bielsa appeared to discount it.

“For me the referee decides,” he insisted. “He has enough resources to make a decision. I never like to question the decision the referee makes.”
