Awful to see an injury like that to any player but especially a young one. Hope he goes on to fully recover.

Right anyway, decent but not brilliant performance. Serious concerns for elliott and so the game was spoiled. Concerns over the forwards scoring enough are getting writ large at this point. We need a rethink now in midfield and we have the guys to do it. Time for jones to grab a chance.
Thing is, mane on the ball and everything he does uo towards the shot has been great. It’s just when he has to finish it’s letting him down. linkening him to traore at the moment. Up until the box he’s brilliant, he’s been an outlet, he’s taken his man on, done defending.
Not really. Out the pitch it's better and he is working hard and all the good stuff but a lot of thses efforts are ruined by the touch before the shot. Often he's killed the best chance with the touch before he ever has a go. Thst one on one he got it under himself. He is in there again and stops rather than just going. It's the tentative bad touch plus a habit of not getting shots on target that's had him second and third guessing himself.
