I'm not saying that this is what I think she's doing, but publicity would be one reason. If she can't prove any of it and can't successfully sue anyone, then that could be an alternative. Get her name out there, do a bunch of interviews and get paid that way. That could be true, even if she's being 100% genuine.

I highly doubt this would be accepted by a UK court as having his papers served to him. I've had a court bailiff out for me to serve me papers on something and they told somebody at my property that they had to be served in my hand. Eventually they got me like. Sneaky bastards.
