I could just post them and instantly delete them, which just hides the post or lock them. Let Spurf or SpursDisciple undelete or unlock it at their leisure!
The PL rearranging our opponents tomorrow to be Chelsky (in an attempt to make that happening much more likely) ??
Sky and BT massively dropped the ball this weekend. Picked a few games to chalk off required numbers for some teams and missed the Ronaldo Return Match entirely! Oops!
On old 606 you could post it at 22:59:30 and have replies automatically blocked until the next morning.
No doubt they wanted it, but even they could not get the rescheduling done to their favour (more so given the length of the international break) .
Sounds like Son is more or less guaranteed not to feature tomorrow, Nuno’s wording makes it sound like it could be a long-ish injury too which is worrying, this is from a Dan KP tweet: Son is "not so well" after international break and adds "let's wait and see" when asked if it could be a long-term injury. Skipp is seen in training footage (Josh Oluwayemi makes some great saves in it!) but sounds like both he and Bergwijn are being assessed ahead of the game. Nuno talks of Ndombele and about trying to get the best out of him. Also says the Argies and Sanchez are now due to arrive just the day before Chelsea, initial reports said they’d be arriving roughly 3 days prior. Not looking great… Footballing gods must have thought “oh, Spurs are top of the league after 3 games! That can’t continue…”.
So it sounds like Lloris Tanganga Rodon Dier Regulion Højbjerg Skipp Alli Lucas Kane Gill Hope he doesn’t **** about with anything 3atb
So winning both games (by whatever means) : would be true defiance. Clean sheets + decent performances : would be a bonus. NDombele having a worldy against Chelsky : would provide serious WUM material.
This was a really terrible international break for us...and not buying another striker and or a creative midfielder is going to come back and haunt us imho.
My fear is that things could go AVB 2013-14 very easily. Getting results while we know the performances are poor, and then time catches up with some spankings etc. At this moment in this season, I am just willing the team not to collapse nor suffer an injury plague while the new on-pitch system emerges and the new signings settle in. As I said the other week, a lot of work for Nuno to do (more so now) . Some of the longer-serving squad members fronting up this month would be a start.
