Austria v Scotland game has been better than I expected. I had to decide between the Scots or Irish, but looking at the tables, the Irish ain't got a hope in hell.
I was about to watch them, but then realised they had no chance of making the World Cup Finals. Although they were a bit unlucky in the dieing minutes of the Portugal game, but that's Ronaldo for you. Quite pleased I chose the Scots game now.
That's an excellent result for Scotland. Beat Israel at home next time out and they should make the play offs.
They should win all their last 3 games now. Moldova away, Faroe Islands away and Israel at home. Israel are notoriously ****e playing away from home.
They've got Denmark too but that's the final game. The order is what makes the Israel game so huge as the other two are surely bankers.
Faroe Islands away is a tough game, mate. I think we could see them qualify for the Euros in the next 10 - 20 years. They're getting better all the time and are way ahead of the likes of San Marino, now.
SAD to see VVD killed last night in another savage attack. You have to question what Pickford is doing making that challenge.
At the end of the day Munson, Saff is in charge of the prediction league this season so, he is in a position of ultimate control.
Yeah I played on it for effect. Our ground is actually better, though. Serious question, what will be any potential new owners plans with SJP? It seems like a right ball ache, tbh. The site will always belong to the council, any work will need to be agreed by them but then you will have to renegotiate your rent with them on the back of that. You can't develop half of the ground because of listed buildings around it. You can't sell everything off and use the funds towards a new stadium as you don't own the site. You will also be responsible for clearing the site if you do decide to leave and those costs have risen massively since SJP has been redeveloped. It seems you are pretty ****ed, tbh. Do Barclays Bank still have control of the stadium, academy and training facilities?
