Good job cause apparently Fifa can ban our Brazilian players for the weekend as we didn't release them.

But given the **** show that was Brazil v Argentina, it'd be a kick in the teeth.

they can but that would mean banning players all over europe as loads of clubs advised players not to go to certain countries .

See they’re calling on fifa to make a decision on next 24 hours. Would be mental to ban them, but at same time wonder if they need to do it to set a precedent.

well considering PL made the decision my guess is no ban will be forthcoming in casethe PL refuse to enforce it as they feel the exemption that was in place until recently puts them in a strong position legally .

    Right now nobody is banned.

unless fifa given a ban there is none.

the ban should have been given once the notice for call up was ignored. not 2 weeks later.

There are several players round europe and uk affected so I would personally assume there is no ban and jog on.

Like, firmino was injured and is still injured so him being even included proves the story is just stirring ****.

I wonder if the same Leeds that failed to turn up against the Mancs will be on show against us? Thought not.

One thing is that leeds dont particularly benefit from the break.

First its 3 games in so it's just an an annoyance to everyone.

Second Dallas, klich, james, Phillips and bamford will be on duty so no rest there.

Nope, we released him for the Olympics when we didn’t have to, so they’ve let us off.

What I don't understand is if the Brazillian players went they wouldn't been able to play because by there own rules that got the game abandoned last week they had to quarrantine for 14 days because they came from the UK. I am sure if the UK based players went the game wouldn't have been abandoned seems a mess which is only going to get worse with more qualifiers next month and January

Which is of course perfectly legal given the way the rule is set up but unfortunately for Brazil now they just made enemies for all future events which is very very stupid of them.

Some vote sometime in the future they will be getting hit on this.

Maybe the players should retire from international football.

This just shows further how football lives in its own little world where an international game is more important than a global pandemic.
