HR are not useless. They're also not there to help you. They work for the company and they'll happily **** you over if it helps them. Never forget what they're actually there for.
Well this isn't good for the business either; continuing to pay someone a wage for **** all isn't common sense really. They won't let me force people to come to work either. ****ers.
I would but can't bring myself to steal a living when it's public money. I'll just keep being a **** about it. Or leave. I'm undecided so far.
Some stuff can't be done remotely so in my book it is if you're only doing 70% of the job and making others pick up slack. My commute consist of a 15-20 minute walk too.
Let your department director sort it out. That's what they're paid for and they don't seem that fussed. Something tells me they'll pull their finger out when it's not you picking up the slack.
Yeah I get that. It just pisses me off when we've had a year off 'amazing NHS blah blah' and yet when you try hold someone to account for their wage nobody wants to know. Bet they've loved all the discounts and **** last year though.
I know where you are coming from mate, and I can see what you are trying to achieve. Suppose difference is I'm old now, so it's always someone elses problem now, and you are that someone else, but end of the day the only important things in life will be your kid, your health and a wage to pay the bills, don't waste too much of that energy on the ****tes in life.
Yeh anyways, mate just dropped me some more of his home made hashish @Saff @Spurlock @PINKIE This ones made from amnesia and sour diesel trim. Not as strong as the last one but delicious to smoke. Tastes really sweet. Caramel like even.
