I agree we can't do better, but why should Newcastle fans "get behind" someone who is blatantly not our "man"? it's like telling Syrians to stop moaning about Assad and get behind their man. (snowflake disclaimer: I'm not comparing the plight of Syrians to the moans of Toon fans, just trying to explain that Bruce was not appointed under a democratic vote and so to suggest he's the man of the Toon is as ridiculous as comparing football to human rights atrocities).
