If we have another referendum I'll vote but I would never vote Tory or Labour again .

The NHS will lose about 30-40% of their staff if they mandate vaccines and the top up boosters

 

Most have had the jab, so cant see it being above 2%

If I had to get operated on I would rather the surgeon was hired on merit and skill than because they were selected because they were a trans diversity hire person of colour.

The elephant in the room. The NHS needs a little help. I see no reason why it shouldn't be mandatory to pay for health insurance to cover ourselves if we need to use the service. I'd also have no problem with having to pay a minimal amount to use the services.

I appreciate how great it has served us as a nation over the years but no excuses for still receiving free health treatment in this day and age. It shouldn't be a right.

 

You can sign up for private medical cover now , nobody's stopping you.

You aren't going all lefty in your old age wanting everything for free, are you?

 

There's nothing lefty about everyone paying into healthcare in case you or loved ones neighbours need it.

It should be free for British citizens and anyone that lives and works here from abroad should pay in through contributions or take out medical cover when living here.


If I travel to USA or China I take out medical insurance just in case , piss takers that get expensive operations without them or their ancestors paying into it should end .

I wouldn't want poor people to go without treatment because they can't afford it , but if you come here poor don't work or take medical cover then tough ****.

I have paid thousands into it without needing it but if my neighbour's baby gets sick and needs an operation I would be happy knowing I chipped in for their treatment.

If my neighbours came here from Romania and never paid in charge the treatment to Romania and if they don't pay deport them back to get treatment there.

If they have worked for a number of years and paid their stamp then treat them here .

Pretty straightforward.

My father grandfather etc have all worked their arses off to build these hospitals and fund them for their ancestors and British people.

You can't have open borders and free healthcare and welfare.

Which is partly why the NHS is crumbling
