It'll naturally be something ghastly like: Hart Johnson, Terry, Cahill, Cole Mlner, Lampard, Wilshere, Gerrard Young, Bent and we'll be awful. Making it better only seems to happen in the imagination.
Davis Richardson Martin Seaborne Harding Lallana Hammond Cork Holmes Lambert Barnard What SuperJackWilshere19 can do......
It's very hard to predict because so many players that are in and around the squad are not playing at the moment so a lot depends on the season with their clubs. Wilshere and Cleverley are two that have the ability to play in the centre for England in the summer but a lot depends on how they come back from injury and the form they show through the season. Some players just need time to develop. Smalling is far, far better than Jones at the moment, probably because he has had that year of experience playing for United. The same can apply to Kyle Walker, talented player but still hasn't had that exposure at the highest level that say Richards has. I don't see why some of the old guard should be removed. Ferdinand showed he is still up there as the very best this weekend. Whatever happened with the Adam incident shouldn't overlook the fact that he (and Evans) kept Suarez very quiet for the most part and looked strong defensively. Lastly, I don't know why you wouldn't take Rooney. It's not like he kicks out every match for United or England. People are making this into something far, far bigger than it should be. After all, he has been England's great white hope since he was 18 years old. In fact, **** England. Let Rooney concentrate on United and squander the first genuinely class player that England have had since Scholes. That international career turned out wonderful as well didn't it.

Rooney is suspended for the first 3 games, I think that has more to do with why people are leaving him out than anything else. No one's denying that he's class, but no point in taking a player who will play 1 or 2 games at most. Phil Jones is capable, he's proven it weekly in the PL at Blackburn. The difference between playing for them and playing for Man U isn't one of level but rather confidence and mentality. It's the same league and the same opposition after all. At Blackburn, he an play in the confidence that if he has a bad game, people will forget about it pretty quickly. At Man U he won't have the same luxury and it's quite likely he'd get dropped. The big game mentality issue is ten times worse with England when fans and particularly the media have expectations that the team can't possibly deliver on. The current players won't play to their potential until the country collectively lowers it's expectations. Capello can help to do that with his squad selection and if he gets it right, he might bring together a good unit that exceeds expectations. If players can't form an effective unit then **** them. It's a lack of that sort of thinking that has been our downfall like playing Lampard and Gerrard together for years when they obviously can't. Norwich are doing alright this season, would it be mental to suggest Grant Holt or one of their others? What about Stoke players? What about one of the top Championship players? All worth at least a look if we're to find the right balance of styles.

Davis, Richardson, Martin, Seaborne, Harding, Holmes, Hammond, Cork, Lallana, Lambert, Barnard. At least they wouldn't disgrace the country
I'd hate to see Lallana, Lambert or Cork in the England team because they deserve better than to be associated with such rubbish. Frankly I don't care who plays because with Capello in charge we have no chance.
They might look good at championship level they would look very mediocre at international level to be honest!
