So PB says he aint done in the transfer/loan market! Who do you reckon he is talking about when he says people may be moving "on"? And if they go, who would you like to see come in to replace them? (Keeping it realistic of course!) Reckon Virgo could be one of them - wasnt even on the bench the other day. Possibly Byron as well? We all know he makes at least one gaff per game! We would have Sawyer as CB, most probably Bolger on loan till the end of the season (can't see us getting him on a permanent ) Maybe this Hungarian geezer Timar would be bought in? Think maybe a winger will go as well!
I think you may be right about Byron and Virgo. Byron would be a shame, because he has been a loyal servant to our club for the last 5 years or so, but I knew Virgo wouldnt be good enough as soon as I seen him play. Very much like Danny Coles in terms of size, speed and touch but at least Danny was dominant in the air most of the time. I also think Campbell may be on his way as there was talk about him going to Exeter, so perhaps he will go out on loan to them? There could be others that have fallen out with Buckle. I think Carayal may be another target, but that would be a shame as when he is played on the correct side, he looks dangerous. Of course Buckle ****s about with his formations and puts people in the wrong place. To be honest, Id rather see Buckle gone out on loan to see if he can improve his man management!! I dont like his approach to the players. He has fallen out with just about all of them so far hasn't he? In terms of who is coming in, well I dont know but I would like to see some young hungry premier league kids come in and given a go. There must be quality in these players so bring em in and give em a chance I say.
i cant see virgo and anthony going. we need cb not get rid of them. i think 1 will go though. maybe carayol going too. he hasnt had a chance by buckle and i can see buckle getting rid. my guess would by anthony and carayol to go. i want carayol to stay though.
I can see Boateng and McLaggon going out on loan....Bath City? One of Anthony or Virgo on loan too. Perhaps Campbell finally moving on in January. Cronin also needs some games....a one month loan somewhere? Question.......when Cronin isn't on the bench who do you think is the emergency 'keeper?
Depends on who Buckle can get in for them both. If he can not get players in, then he better not let ANYONE go, especially with the number of sicknotes we currently have
if bolger is the spare keeper then buckle better keep both anthony and virgo. i think mcgleish would be the ideal player to be spare keeper. young and fast and tall and flexible.
