great deal but we also have to acknowledge that unless the kids that we get options on can get spanish passports we can only have so many in one team undr the work permit system. If it gets us the next suarez for 5mil instead of 23mil then thats great. getting one really good player out of this deal will make it worth it. also we have a big responsibility to the youth policy of this club (which is fabulous by the look of it) not to block thier kids progress
I believe that this is the start of a series of links with other sides around the world. Concentrating upon youth training and development is probably the best type of arrangement as we can benefit from innovative developments that are generated worldwide and spread the best parts of our own development process. It's likely that the tpye of link will vary from club to club but it has to be to the advantage of both sides.
Hopefully we may also be able to get some coaches or send some over there so they can learn some new techniques in how they train their younger players in being able to keep the ball etc.
