morning all! Quiet in here this morning! I have some really exciting news to tell you!

Yesterday i was catching up on my Twitter and noticed that Bernard Mensah (academy player) tweeted that he couldn't wait to start driving in December. Soooo, i pounced! I tweeted back that if he needed an instructor i was available, and hey presto...i got the job! So excited! This is the 'in' i needed. He's in a rush to pass (of course) so if i can get him through quickly, i'm really hoping i can get into the Academy that way! I'm so excited about teaching him too, he sounds like a really lovely lad. I have no idea of his location though so i may have to travel miles lol...it'll be worth it though! Usually i see tweets from academy kids that say they're about to take their test and i've missed the boat...this is hugely exciting! Very happy Hornette!

Thats great news H. The young lads tend to be in digs in and around the Watford area, so can't see him being too far out of the Central Watford area. If you can get him through quickly, word of mouth is the best form of advertising, and could end up being a great bit of business... fingers crossed more of the players will follow suit

I have a little annoying habit of pointing out to my house mate whenever Watford are mentioned on TV during a game (it's surprising how often we actually are)... Yesterday was a nice surprise when we got a couple of mentions in the CSKA/Trabsonspor when Cauna scored. I think the line was "He scored for Watford, and has now scored in the Champions League"
