As saint said it depends on dialects. I don't say pur-pul for instance, I say it more like pur-pil although I don't actually say pil, I swallow the 'i' and it sounds more like the end sound of turtle which again isn't tur-tul or tur-til but a softer ending where you swallow the 'i'. The woman/summon rhyme, you've made a completely spurious split of both words there. Your split of woman would suggest it's pronounced woe-man. I think you've split it like that because man is an actual word on it's own. There's no natural split of either of those words that helps with pronunciation. In my head it rhymes because it sounds to me like wum'n / sum'n.
