lol I've gotten into the habit of muting the sound after another win for the flexi wing. I can't stand to hear either of those two's voices.

Hate seems to be a common thing with F1 "fans" these days. It seems like it's impossible to support a driver and still respect their competitors.

Given the black weekend that has just passed, we should realize that drivers in all forms of motor sports deserve our respect and admiration.

I'm not a Vettel fan and have no problem seeing my favourite drivers beaten by their team-mates, I dislike people for their character and actions, I don't care what country people are from, I don't care what colour their skin is or what their religion is, I take people as I find them, and I have found MW to be one of the most 2 faced whiney hypocrites ever to 'grace' in F1. He should take the advice he so quickly and vociferously dished out to Pizzonia, but he won't, he'll keep whining to the press about how unfair RBR are too him and then probably try to sign a 3rd extension to his contract, and tell everyone lies (wing-gate) to make it look like what he says is actually true, and people will suck it up as truth without bothering to see if what he says has any truth in it and judge Vettel based on Webbers bull****.

I try to see things like this too, it takes all sorts to make up the grid. These guys put their necks on the line as seen with poor Dan at the weekend, they don't deserve to be made hate figures. Footballers on the other hand, fair game I say, the ones who earn millions and hold their fans in contempt deserve all the vitriol they get.

I think it's telling that directly after the 'wing-gate' race Vettel said he no longer cared about Webber as he was a 'man with 2 faces' (the 3rd team-mate to label him so), and since that time Webber hasn't beaten Vettel once on track. Webbers bit of media propaganda spreading untruths about the reason why they took the front-wing off his car and gave it to Vettel backfired on him big time, an dis probably the reason why his whole team is more behind Vettel than him. To say I don't like Webber because he's a rival to Seb is a joke tbh, Hamilton, Button and Alonso are his rivals, I dislike him for who he is, if he wasn't a racing driver I'd still dislike him because I dislike 2 faced **** stirrers.

And these guys put their lives on the line for millions of pounds, it's not like they save anyones lives or do anything that serves anyone else but themselves, it's not like they're running into a burning building to rescue a family for 40k pa less tax.

No one DESERVES respect, it's earned and lost by your actions, much like Hamilton gained mine with some of his racing in previous years and lost it all at Monaco.

well to be honest i dont see what was so special about it? he got the slipstream and hamilton could do nothing about it, plus he said that he made a mistake and placed his car wrong on the circuit giving vettel too much room.

i want to see him overtaking throughout the season in cars that are close in performance and not just at the begining of the race to show he is a proper race.

you're right, I am slightly mistaken, it was after the british GP and he said he'd seen his true face.
