My depression has subsided. Tonight is the end of Sven's limited reign, and the beginning of a long and illustrious career for Sean. Garner will score. Sordell will score. Forsyth will score. Iwelumo will score. Watford will win 4-2, with Iwelumo settling the nerves in the dying minutes with a breath taking, diving header.
What sort of football do you reckon you guys will come and play? If you play open attacking football then we'll probably beat you (like Southampton and Brighton did) but if you get men behind the ball and try and stifle is then you might have some success (like Barnsley and Bristol City) because we're struggling to break teams down at the moment.
I think you hit the nail on the head ,playing football that is our main problem at the moment, we dont play football anymore ,just run around in an aimless manner
Will Mark Yeates play? I remember him against us last season he scored and put his middle finger up to the family stand.
I expect Yeates will be on the bench and we'll start wth Forsyth and Kightly on the wings! Can't see this being anything but a comfortable home win... But if we can get to about the 30/35 minute mark without conceding, hopefully it might get the crowd on their back and we can try and take advantage of that - but we'll probably conceded in the first 5 minutes!
We can defend OK but not for 90 mins. If Leicester can capitalise on our defensive lapses and take their chances then we are in trouble. If however we keep it tight and convert one or two chances that generally come our way then it might be game on. I just hope that it is our night.
Hopefully Iwelumo will have his Scotland boots on as I expect you to target Konchesky - am expecting Kightly to run rings around him. Will be an interesting game tonight - whoever scores first will win as the other team's heads will be down after.
