I do get that and I'll be delighted when he goes, disgrace of a player. But armouring a rival is mad. If it costs us promotion, it certwomt be beneficial financially

If we are PAYING Him to play for a rival then this is a horrific decision. 100%, risk possibility worth taking, but paying him, nah, no way

So you would rather pay him a full wage to play in the under 23s ?

    It had to be done.

No chance Rotherham can afford his wages

Obviously it's a calculated risk, and they know far more than me and I trust their call. But it makes me really nervous. Let the little **** rot and don't help our rivals. Anyhoo, other than this, I've been over the moon at the summers work

I’ve been waiting all day for him to show up but like his Sunderland career, he hasn’t shown up.

If it's got Grigg out of the club and even if it's costing us to do it has to be a good thing. Remember there'll be a clause in to say he can't play against us and looking at this record at MK Dons, it wasn't that great

Sorry Marra, I thought you were being sarcastic. It will take the fat little ****er a month to get up to speed, I dont care that we are paying some of his wages, glad to get rid of the ****ing leach. Are you really worried about a team being led up front by a jellyfish?

Agreed. His negatively around the place isn't what we need these days. If paying some of his wages gets him out the door is best way for him to **** off then so be it.

I can’t for the life of me understand how anyone thinks he’s going to suddenly become this on fire goalscorer. Not that it matters but he’d be unable to play against us on loan. I see it more that Grigg will weaken Rotherham with his half arsed attitude stinking the place out.

Every time I watched Will Grigg don a Sunderland shirt I saw a serious lack of effort for his pay packet, a serious lack of desire to excel in his profession, and a serious lack of respect to the owners, manager, and fans who paid his wages. He can go rot. He is not that good - in fact he is bang average. He will not do us damage. I have never been so angry or outspoken about a Sunderland player before - if Ive been disappointed I just kept my mouth shut. I don't think I ever commented on Rodwell...but Grigg!!!
