Well it's not the most appealing place for people that live in warmer places. The south of France for example.

If nufc wasn't **** it might help but a **** club in a **** place isn't appealing

 

Hopefully max had been on the blower

I know it sounds harsh, but I'm merely highlighting the reality... I'm just saying when the clubs doing crap that being an undesirable place to live really doesn't help.

 

I blame the transport system.

 

Players want to play in the Premier League, that's a fact. Our team is obviously **** but the city is fine

It's freezing cold and rains most days.... Its not even got a good hotel.

You're proud of Newcastle I get that, but don't let that cloud your judgement

 

Traffic here isn't actually bad at all.. I would try using that as part of my sales pitch

 

Not much colder than anywhere else in the country

Few good hotels, the Vermont is nice. Copthorne was years ago don't know if it still it

 

Here's some food for thought for people

 

I'm fairly well travelled and I'm telling you now newcastle is colder than most places in England bar maybe Berwick... Those hotels are OK

Newcastle isn't an appealing place in the eyes of the rest of Europe or the world im afraid unless its a cheap weekend on the piss where the females are easy.

All im saying is it all counts and nufc being **** coupled with the lack of appeal geographically is a killer
