Tbh I don't mind signing good youth players, but I don't like how newcastle try and dress it up like it's a 1st team signing.
By the sounds of it he's a good prospect and one of Mexicos best young players, so it's good imo.
Reports already out that nufc are done unless schlongstaff is sold.

Think this guy is on the fringe of the first team squad. Think with fragile Wilson and ****ty Gayle he'll get to play this season.
But I reckon your right..... No actual first team squad signings.
Yeah he's already only got 2 strikers ahead of him and it's a long season.
Newcastle never get in a position where they can experiment with youth players, but that requires a good manager with the balls to give players a run of games.
